TfG reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online.

TfG holds the rights to amend/cancel any event at late notice. we will do our absolute best to not let this happen. however in the unlikely event of such an activity, note that it includes any aspect of the event such as race time, date, venue, fees or prizes. in the event of a cancellation that is beyond the control of the organiser, such as adverse weather conditions, political unrest, last minute Government or Local Council cancelling any permits, and or communicable diseases, attempts will be made to reschedule the event and entries will be automatically transferred. where an event cannot be rescheduled, committed contractors will be paid and remaining funds will be offered as partial refunds. where an event is not fully cancelled or rescheduled and the participant chooses not to race, they will not be entitled to a refund.

registrations are not transferrable and it is strongly advised to ensure that your personal data and details are entered correctly. you must double check your personal details, be 100% confident that you registered in the right race, choosing the right distance, as we will not entertain any such changes.

since TfG races includes all racing events that demands certain levels of physical fitness and health, it is strongly advised that participants seek medical confirmations on their health and fitness levels before participating any race. your participation confirms that you are physically fit, and in good health to take part in these physically demanding races. all participants agree that they are fit and healthy enough to compete in the event and will not hold the event organisers responsible for health failures that arise during/following the event. additionally, entrants will not hold the organisers responsible for the loss or damage of any personal equipment left without care.

certain races will also have minimum age requirements for participation. certain events are designed exclusively for children (such as WOW KIDZ RUN races) and requires following age limits. participants and parents must at all times follow these age conditions. any children or minors entered into kids races or races involving children by adults or guardians is done so at the adult or guardians own risk.

events and races are made possible by the contributions and assistance from sponsors and other affiliates. such sponsors and affiliates demands certain things, and requires their brands and companies to be exposed to the runners and public via our race day marketings and other event specific arrangements. under no circumstance can a runner, or a group of runners, carry out any acts in direct conflict with the TfG, the sponsors, the affiliates, its brands and its companies. this specifically means, you cannot promote a direct competitor of TfG, the sponsors or its affiliates during the event.

in the past, we have also come across certain teams and the supporters of the team, making arrangements on the race course to provide water, sports drinks, and other necessary aids to their runners. these acts, although carried out in very good intentions, do contradict with our responsibilities as an event organizer, and other protocols and arrangements. for example, local Police gets briefed on the exact locations in which such stations will be held, and it is often the case that Police will advice such locations keeping in mind the traffic and other motorists that might be sharing the streets on the race day. so under no circumstance can you carry out such an act.

also in the past we have noticed some finishers choosing to support their friends, family member or others to the finish line. while supporting is great sportsmanship, we highly discourage crossing the finish line again with the new runner. every runner has a story, and we want to help these runners capture their most crucial moment by way of photographs. thus, we will ask any such runner trying to help other runners by way of crossing the finish line a second time, or with no bibs, to remove themselves from the race course.
